What about drug addict thieves who are not cute starlets; should they not go to prison as well?

prison does nothing for many of them .. however it should be on case-by-case basis...not everyone needs the same treatment some get over in rehab some need other measures..such as prison but when neither works they need to get away from the people who caused the issue in the first place even if it means moving to a different part of the country...this is why many celebs have residences in the Northeast and other parts of the country away from Hollywood area...
