I never gave Lindsay a "free pass"...the difference is that Charlie is out critcizing his employer and everyone else and living with 2 (!) 20 something girls...Lindsay has NOT made herself the target of the media by going on every show doing an interview and digging herself a hole with each one...at least she knows when to keep quiet...
